Using the game

By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms. Use the service only if you can enter this agreement under the laws applicable to you; where required, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Do not provide sensitive personal information in character names.

Accounts and fair play

Keep your password private and do not use someone else's account. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate abuse, disrupt servers, impersonate others or use unlawful or harassing character names. Report bugs and concerns through the contact page. Abusive access may be restricted to protect the service.

Chat and party conduct

Global chat is visible to everyone currently online. Party chat is sent only to current party members; members can still copy or share what they receive. Never post passwords, session tokens, private contact details or other sensitive information.

Do not use chat, invitations or parties for illegal activity or illegal content. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, abusive or discriminatory language, impersonation, scams, doxxing, spam and repeated unwanted invitations are prohibited. These rules apply to global chat, party chat and character names.

You are responsible for the messages you send. The server limits message length and sending frequency; this is not a guarantee that messages are appropriate or lawful. Chat is not automatically reviewed for abusive content. Report concerns through the contact page, including the character name, channel, approximate time and relevant details. Share only the evidence needed to explain the concern. The operator may restrict abusive access in response to reports. You may leave a party at any time; leaders may disband it.

Party membership ends when you disconnect; remaining members stay together and leadership passes to another member if needed. Parties end when empty, disbanded or the server restarts. Invitations are temporary and expire after one minute. Chat delivery is live, without a stored server-side message history. See the privacy policy for how messages and reports are handled.

Development and virtual items

The game is in development. Availability, features and balance may change and interruptions may occur. Virtual items and progress have no cash value and no real-money redemption is provided. Player trading exchanges in-game items and gold only, after both players accept. No payments or subscriptions are implemented.

Privacy and leaving

The privacy policy explains account data and cookie policy explains sign-in storage. You may stop playing at any time. Account settings lets you export data or delete your account, character and inventory permanently.

Responsibility and changes

The service is offered in its current development state without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be published here with their effective date; material changes should be reviewed before continued use. Contact the operator with any dispute or question.
